At Wilson Property we require a completed Application Form from any person over 18 years of age who will be residing in the property.

Your application will be reviewed by a member of our Property Management Department, generally within 24 hours, depending on how quickly we are able to get in contact with your referees. Remember to let your Professional Referees know that we will be calling.
Once your application has been pre-approved, you are welcome to view any properties that you like. Please be aware that we require an applicant, or their representative, to inspect a property before formally applying for the property.
It’s a good idea to come prepared with any supporting documents you will need for your application. We require 100 points of identification and your current rental ledger (if renting through an agency). Points of identification as follows:
– Current Passport – 40 points
– Driver’s Licence – 40 points
– Proof of Age Card – 40 points
– Student ID – 40 points
– Tenancy History Ledger – 40 points
– Credit/Debit Card – 30 points
– Health Care Card – 30 points
– Gas/Electricity/Phone Bill – 30 points
– Medicare Card – 10 points
– Full Birth Certificate – 10 points
If there are multiple people applying for the same property we may make recommendations based on our reference checking, but the landlord will make the final decision on who they see as the most suitable tenant for their property.
